e-UROPa project

Telecenter europ logo final 01 tarnsparentE-Participation is citizens’ participation in policies and policy-making through the help of ICT tools – e.g. signing an online petition for saving a forest or commenting on your mayor’s proposal to renovate a school. EU has created online tools that everyone can use in all official EU languages. All you need is a computer and internet connection!

But many people don’t know that these online tools exist. e-UROPa project raises awareness among European citizens that the EU is not something that happens only in Brussels, but is actually just a click away!

In 11 countries (including Lithuania) project partners organized activities such as workshops, competitions and conferences to engage citizens. For more information about project and it’s results please refer to the project website and the project factsheet.

The project Enabling European e-Participation (E-UROPa) was funded with the support of the European Union under the Programme "Europe for Citizens".
