In October of 2006 alliance Langas į ateitį together with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and leading Lithuanian business companies Omnitel, Bitė Lietuva, Swedbank and SEB bank signed the Electronic Signature Program (E3P).

The main objective of the E3P Program is to create good conditions for e-Signature usage expansion in Lithuania and to achieve massive usage (at least 300,000 active users) of secure electronic signature technology.
